Astrophytum Superkabuto, that has only a mosaic of extensive ± rounded white dots the “Zebra type” differs for the diverse pattern that form distinct v–shaped lines resembling the shape of fly’s wings.
Less or no water during cold winter months to prevent root loss. It is a cold intolerant. Make sure that it is not exposed to freezing temperatures ( Hardy to -2°C) or it may die. Since it is a relatively rapid grower, it needs plenty of space for its roots.
